It's true that 2010 hasn't been a good year, but it doesn't mean that I haven't learned anything from it. As a matter of fact, I feel like I've matured a tad bit from all the tragedies that have happened this year. I learned to treasure my time more with my family and realized that they mean so much to me when I clearly used to loathe having them around. I'll miss mom so much when she goes back tomorrow. I learned to not take things for granted, although I still get carried away sometimes. I learned to be more aware with my surroundings, and so many more. I learned a hell lot, I have to say. Maybe 2010 isn't a year worth remembering, but this year has definitely opened my eyes and allowed me to get to know more about the world. I still hope 2011 will be better though. Cheers.
